Citrulline is converted into Arginine, which is then synthesized into Nitric Oxide. This conversion is not guaranteed to occur consistently in everyone.
Citrulline and Arginine are included in a 2,247mg blend of ingredients. In a max serving, even if these two ingredients were the only ingredients in this blend, it would be difficult to notice significant benefits.
At one serving of 125mg of caffeine this is not enough to produce significant benefits, if any stimulation benefits at all. Those with a low tolerance level might feel stimulation at a max dosage. Those with high tolerance most likely would not feel very much.
Agmatine is derived from L-Arginine and is used as both a pain killer and Nitric Oxide producer. Nitric Oxide conversion through Agmatine is more consistent than through Arginine. This form of Nirtric Oxide production seems to promote hyperemia more than Arginine. It’s unclear how much Agmatine exists within the 2,247mg blend of ingredients in Jack3d micro. This can be beneficial blended with other NO producers like Arginine and Citrulline.

The goal of Jack3d micro is to use Nitric Oxide production in order to utilize the benefits of blood cell dilation and increase the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the muscles. The problem with this method is Nitric Oxide production through Citrulline occurs at a high dosage, beyond what amount contained in the blend. This does not mean there is no pump at all just not very much for most people. Vascularity might occur which is a good sign of dilated blood cells.
In one serving there is very little caffeine so most people would not feel stimulation. Those with low caffeine tolerance may feel energy from a max serving size but still might not from the low dosage.
When most people think of Jack3d they think of the old blend with the banned substance 1,3-dimethylamylamine. This old blend of Jack3d was very effective and was considered the best pre workout of it’s time. The new micro blend does not stand up to the reputation that it’s previous blend created.
